I lead the insights team at Lovable. Previously, I co-founded Gobu and Scrintal. Before that, I researched how international organisations respond to climate change. What connects them is one question: how people think, and what helps them think better.
Lovable
I started the insights team at Lovable. The way I put it to the team: our job is to build the systems that make the company learn faster.
The work sits across data science and user research: metrics, models and pipelines on one side, interviews and studies of how people actually build on the other. Most questions need both.
It is the question I have been working on since the PhD, now at the scale of a company rather than a person. How a group learns, how what it learns turns into decisions, and how little of that happens by accident.
Gobu
Gobu is an AI research assistant for academic work. It analyses papers using the methods researchers are trained in, and every concept, result and finding it gives back links to the passage it came from. Furkan Bayraktar and I launched it in 2025.
The premise is that speed is worth nothing in research if the reader cannot check the work. The tools that summarise fastest are the ones you can verify least, and a claim you cannot trace is not a finding. So Gobu is built the other way round: show the source, follow the method, and let the person keep the judgement.
Scrintal
Scrintal is a visual workspace. Notes live on a canvas, keep their connections, and an idea gets built block by block instead of being filed away in folders.
It started with the thesis. I spent a year building the first dataset on what international organisations do about climate change, then three more years getting the results published. By the time anyone read them, the data had aged. Building knowledge was slow and sharing it was slower, and the thinking behind it stayed invisible: we publish the result, never the steps that produced it.
Furkan Bayraktar and I started Scrintal in Stockholm in 2021 to make those steps visible, and to make the work of thinking enjoyable rather than an exercise in file management. I was CEO until 2025 and remain a co-founder and board member. Both Scrintal and Gobu are venture-backed and built in Stockholm.

The PhD
A doctorate in international relations at Stockholm University, defended in 2021. I studied how 30 international organisations, from the World Bank to the WHO, took on climate change adaptation between 1990 and 2017.
It meant hand-coding thousands of policy documents into a dataset that is now public, and it ran inside the Mistra Geopolitics research programme. Before Stockholm, an MSc in political science at Uppsala University.
